Keith St John of Burning Rain Presents "Rain Is Burning" UK Acoustic Tour featuring Special Guest Jack Frost
American songwriter, composer, and singer Keith St John is thrilled to announce his return to the UK with the 'Rain Is Burning' acoustic duo tour. Scheduled for October 2023, this eight-show tour promises a nostalgic journey through Keith's illustrious career.
As a founding member of BURNING RAIN and recognized for his time with renowned bands such as Montrose, Lynch Mob, LA Guns, Quiet Riot, and currently with Kingdom Come, and the Las Vegas hit show Raiding the Rock Vault, Keith St John, along with the accomplished musician Jack Frost (known for his work with Savatage, Aldo Nova, Joey Belladonna, and Seven Witches), will grace the UK stage for the first time since 2019 with their acoustic "Rain Is Burning" tour.
During the tour, the dynamic duo will treat audiences to cherished tracks from Burning Rain's four studio albums, as well as hits from Montrose, Kingdom Come, Lynch Mob, and a selection of deep cuts that hard rock enthusiasts hold dear.
Reflecting on his return to the UK, Keith St John shared, "I greatly miss the UK with all its majestic depth and soulful artistic history. I, like many Americans, feel the UK birthed the backbone for all of rock's makers, and I feel something deeper when connecting with the fans there that I don't feel in too many other spots on this planet."
Established in 1998 by Doug Aldrich and Keith St John, Burning Rain has left an indelible mark on the rock music scene. Keith's remarkable vocal talent was also acknowledged by none other than Sammy Hagar, who endorsed him as "the only other singer that can properly deliver these songs in a big arena" during Keith's 12-year stint with the iconic American rock band Montrose.
In the mid-2000s, Keith's musical journey led him to collaborate with former Dokken guitarist George Lynch, resulting in tours with Lynch Mob and contributions to Lynch's "Kill All Control" album. Keith St John's extensive touring resume also includes Nazareth, The Neal Schon Band, and Sweet.
